SAYING HELLO to 2025
If 2024 was the year of traveling with intention, 2025 is the year of bringing passion back to your escape. This year, travel has experienced a shift from destination-led experiences to journeys shaped by personal passions and interests. With Gen Z and Millennials increasingly taking over the travel market and prioritizing getting away (both financially and personally) for meaningful experiences, 2025 will focus on creating storylines of what newfound resort experiences look like for these groups - adventurous, curious, and creative - all while still prioritizing the families, corporate groups, and couples that seek out Cancun year after year.
On the media front, journalists are inundated with offers for visits and experiences. Editors, freelancers, art directors, even influencers, are booked in some cases, up to six months in advance, so identifying dates for visits, careful planning, thoughtful, curated itineraries, top-tier accommodations and unmatched offerings will be paramount to securing the attention of key media targets.
With that in mind, the 2025 PR Plan is intentionally structured around telling stories through pitching, partnerships, media visits, and media interface in key markets - focusing on the “why” behind travel. We’re also keeping an eye on the use of AI in the travel space (Artificial Intelligence, not to be confused with All Inclusive) and how the process of search, booking and more is going to change to ensure we've got a finger on the pulse of this evolution.
Once again, it lives on your own personal website and we will refer back to this roadmap often, adjust where needed, and move forward with a clear and defined direction for success ahead.
Live life with no excuses, travel with no regret.

Culinary experiences are helping us connect with a destination, so much so that it continues year over year to reign supreme as one of the top reasons for travel. Moving into 2025 this should be a main focus for tourism as it is the simplest way to find common ground and is a hugely powerful way to understand a culture as it were, through cuisine.
According to Expedia’s recent 2025 travel trend predictions, 2025 is the “all-inclusive era.” This goes way beyond multi-gen families looking for something to please everyone…in fact, 42% of Gen-Zers say that an all-inclusive resort is their preferred hotel type due to minimal stress, ease of booking, and the luxurious feel.
